All weeks remaining unlet three weeks before the starting date of the holiday will benefit from a last minute reduction.

We assure you a well prepared home. Take a look at what you will find on arrival

· We require a 25% deposit with a returned booking form for a booking to be considered confirmed
· The balance is payable 8 weeks in advance of arrival
· We require a damages deposit of £100 for Le Pech or £150 for Guitard for rentals of up to two weeks payable in cash or cheque on arrival in return for the keys. This will be returned at the end of the holiday as per the booking conditions.
