We require a 25% deposit with a returned booking form for a booking to be considered
confirmed
· The balance is payable 4 weeks in advance of arrival
· We require a damages deposit of €200 for Le Pech or €500
for Guitard for rentals of up to two weeks
payable in cash on arrival or by bank transfer in advance in return for the keys.
This will be returned at the end of the holiday as per the booking conditions
