Perched on a limestone outcrop at the summit of the hill-top of Montlauzun, the prominent position of our cottage allows you to make the most of the exceptional views over two very peaceful valleys filled with orchards, woods, vineyards, pasture and cultivated fields. The 12th century church of Rouillac nestles in the valley below whilst at dusk, the 16th century "Chateau de Charry" lights up the distant horizon. The area is a walkers paradise. Across this beautiful countryside and just 200 metres from Le Pech, the G.R.65 passes by. Pilgrimage path to Saint-James

An exterior staircase leads from the courtyard into a garden of flowerbeds and decorative paths.
