Key holding & Caretaking Services  €15 - €30 per hour

Security checks & Inspections: Regulat checks in your absence are the main way of avoiding any nastie surprises when you return in the Spring and a means of dealing directly                     with any problems or emergencies.

Prevention and control of Vermin/ insect damage and infestations

Take/check utility readings. Organise fuel or wood delivery

Extra checks following excessive weather conditions – storms, high winds

Winter Care Service: Surveillance and prevention of problems associated with damp and freezing conditions.

Photographic and Written Records: If requested you will receive a report by e-mail and digital photos allowing you to keep an eye on your property even when you are far away. 

Pricing varies depending on the level of upkeep and surveillance you request. You may well request as many do that we judge the needs directly depending on the climatic conditions and go more frequently as and when is necessary thus opting for extra visits in the case of exceptional weather such as flash flooding, strong storms or excessive cold spells.

As a general guide, a monthly visit will be billed €30, bi-monthly visits €20 the visit and weekly visits €15. 

These prices area guideline and depend on distances to travel.

House cleaning:  €16 per hour

Our cleaning services can be adapted to suit your specific requirements. Whether you live here and need regular or occasional help or visit from time to time and need help preparing your home for your arrival.

We can give your home a thorough clean and airing, make up beds and even get in some shopping so you have nothing to do but relax on arrival. On your departure we wash and put away linen and shut down your home until your next visit.  

Garden maintenance: €20 - €25 per hour

We cut lawns, trim hedges and bushes, weed pathways and borders, plant and water.

We clear any overgrown areas, shift areas of rubble,

rake up autumn leaves provide winter care etc...    

When using our own petrol run machines such as mower, strimmer, hedge cutter or chain saw + petrol                  €25 per hour

Removal of waste from site and dumping                                                                                                                  forfeit €30 the trailer load 

Pool Maintenance: €25 - €35 per hour + chemicals 

We provide a start up and shut down service as well as regular cleaning throughout the season.  

We jet wash winter pool covers before tidying them away, manually clean the pool base and sides, regulate chlorine and PH levels,

jet wash terraces. 

Start up and shut down: €35 per hour

Jet washing: €25 per hour

Regular Pool maintenance and cleaning:

When you have an efficient robot:  €25 per hour + materials

Manuel cleaning: €35 per hour + materials

Running repairs: €30 per hour + materials

This includes a multitude of odd jobs to maintain your home in good order.

Examples: Treating an area of damp then repainting or repairing the wallpaper. Adjusting shutters and doors to fit better

Strengthening an area of fencing that has let up. 

Change a washer on a leaking tap.

We can advise good tradesmen and arrange for estimates and coordinate work to be carried out on your behalf.

Paperwork Services and Project Assistance €30 per hour counted to the nearest 5 min s

When you stumble due to a language or administration barrier or simply due to your absence, this service may help. We cover telephone, mail and e-mail support for all your queries whether you do not feel confident enough to cope on your own or you are just too far away to deal with things. We can help you to understand and reply to letters, make phone calls and sort out appointments on your behalf.

We have the inside knowlegde and connections with reputed local workmen and can organise estimates and works on your behalf with the right people.

Property Management for Rentals organised and managed by yourselves

Changeover Services: €20 per hour

If you occasionally welcome guests to your home, we can provide a changeover service for any day of the week which can include a spring clean of your property, making up of beds, laundry service, and an inventory check to make sure nothing is broken or missing. We make sure your property is well-maintained and checked over before each guest arrives.  Pool maintenance can be carried out

Meeting and Greeting or simply being available by phone

We are happy to welcome your guests on their arrival making sure they know how things work and answering any questions on the local amenities. We have noticed that it does have a directly positive effect on your renters as happily welcomed visitors can be more respectful of a property when linked to a face. (Could equally be a disaster if they found the welcoming committee ugly or unfriendly)!

Emergency Contact and Attendance

We can be on call throughout your guest’s holiday in case there is a problem or emergency during the rental. Up to now we have always been able to repair on the spot ourselves or organise within the day a reputed local tradesman and an economical repair.

Property Management for Rentals organised and managed by Marianne   

I will manage from A to Z the organisation of your home as a rental accomodation to allow you to cover the running costs.

The house will pay for itself and you take no stress.

This requires a detailled analysis of your project and needs and is only available following a meeting up with you at your property.

Home Staging

When you have decided that it is time to sell on we can also help and make that difference that will keep your property looking at its best when you are not available to do it yourselves. Whether it be decluttering, packaging, repainting, reorganising, opening up and airing before potential buyers visit and maintaining gardens and home in good condition.
